Requirements of the BSA:

At least 5 years of BA experience
Experience conducting JAD sessions with 40+ business users
Healthcare knowledge
Waterfall and Agile experience; working knowledge of JIRA
Ability to deal with difficult personalities
Ability to drive project execution
Must be local for eventual RTO
