Project Scope: Our client has an immediate need for a Global HR Systems Expert w ith the following skills and experience: Responsibilities:- Liaise with senior business and IT leaders to build and gain consensus for the HR support function of the future. Ensure appropriate escalation through governance structure and subsequent resolution for unforeseen demand that could impact agreed upon implementation plan (ongoing/upcoming projects)
- Act as an end-to-end service broker to the Human Experience team - including requirements gathering, functional design, systems and user documentation, testing and training
- Join a team of 4-6 support team personnel, plus 2-5 project team members simultaneously
- Overall responsible for successful delivery of the approved enhancements and projects in the HR space
- Work closely with HR IT Business Partner to solution business needs and gain alignment from the IT organization on delivery of the agreed upon projects
- Hold overall responsibility for managing business expectations and successfully delivering agreed-upon initiatives
- Effective communicator across the various stakeholders (Business, IT Shared Services, Centers of Expertise, IT Support, etc.).
- Ensure adherence to the change management processes required to implement revised operational and business systems.
- Ensure appropriate testing and validation of systems
- Ensure proposed solutions and existing systems conform with regulatory compliance requirements impacting IT - including cGMP, Computer Systems Validation, SOX, Security and Risk
- Possess 5+ years of ERP Human Resources experience, with at least 3 years of implementation and support within HR Recruiting and Employee Management modules.
- A BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with a multi-cultural global team will be highly valued.
- Working with complex business requirements and challenges
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and good presentation/communication skills will be preferred.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry is highly desirable.
- Project Management Certification (PMI) is a plus - Desirable but not mandatory
