Responsibilities
Provide Excellent Customer Service and Sales Experiences to all potential and current customers.
Shows, rents, manages delinquencies including auction procedures and cleans self-storage units as well as actively selling and maintaining moving supplies and packing materials
General management of the office including but not limited to opening and closing the office on time each day and preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by management
Maintains all required tenant documentation in a neat and orderly manner as directed by management
Cleans units as vacated, hallways, and grounds as needed. Clean office and restrooms daily
Maintains a neat, clean, safe and secure facility including minor maintenance and daily lock checks as well as visual inspection daily
Other functional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
Customer service, retail sales, marketing experience
General office and telephone skills
Ability to pay close attention to detail and good organizational skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required in order to perform essential functions of this job
Weekend availability is required
Strong Computer skills
Infrequently carry weight and/or lift objects (light to heavy) weighing up to 25 pounds
Effective Communication skills both verbally and written to both Team Members and Customers
Core Competencies
General office and telephone skills are required
Basic Computer Skills are required
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good organizational skills
Proactive, self-starter, goal oriented and ability to work independently
Maintain a positive attitude and composure
Collaborative Team Player
Must maintain and hold a valid State Drivers License (if driving for Company business for the role)

Education
High School Diploma is required
Some college is preferred
Physical Demands
Stationary Position: frequently remains stationary up to 50% of the time and sitting up to 6 hours in a day
Move/Traverse: frequently bend, stand, stoop and/or walk
Carry Weight: infrequently carry weight and/or lift objects (light to heavy) weighing up to 50 pounds
Hearing and Speech: frequently communicates with the ability to hear and talk on a regular basis with clients who have inquiries about their storage accounts, billing invoice or other related account matters; must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
Sight: frequent use of sight to detect images on computer, office documents, facility objects near and far
Climb: occasionally ascends/descends a flight of stairs to service the lights and/or reach overhead
Work Environment
Regular professional, office business setting
Noise level ranges from low to moderate (if in office setting)
Noise level ranges from moderate to high (if on construction worksite)
Frequent outdoor exposure working in outdoor weather conditions (if working at the facilities storage units)
