As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring that our customers receive the best roofing solutions to meet their needs. You’ll be on the front lines, connecting with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients to drive sales and promote our products.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential customers through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.).
Sales Presentations: Conduct on-site assessments and deliver compelling presentations tailored to customer needs.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to project completion.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of roofing products, installation processes, and industry standards to effectively address client questions.
Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Collaboration: Work closely with the installation and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions using our CRM system.
