Title: Senior Technical Talent Sourcer Client: Wayfair Location: Remote Duration: 12 month contractOverview: As a Senior Sourcer you will work as a true business partner charged with finding and attracting top Software Engineering talent. You will partner with Engineering and Talent Acquisition leadership to design, build, and execute strategic sourcing plans to help Wayfair attract the world's best technical talentWhat You'll Do:- Act as a partner, consultant, and advisor to leadership by developing, driving, and executing strategies to recruit talent in a highly competitive market.
- Drive top of the funnel activity including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and pre-closing candidates, while advising your business partners along the way.
- Leverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Build and maintain a passive talent pipeline through proactive market research.
- Represent Wayfair's culture by ensuring an excellent candidate experience through transparent communication and timely feedback.
- Track metrics and leverage data to drive personal performance and improve overall recruiting efficiency.
- Foster an environment of knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continued l earning where the status quo is questioned and ideas for improvement are championed and continually explored.
- Maintain data integrity through various tools/systems in the recruitment process.
- 3+ years of sourcing recruitment experience in a corporate and/or agency environment.
- 1+ year of experience targeting technical talent; preferably software engineers.
- Proven success delivering innovative sourcing and recruiting methods.
- In-depth direct sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and sources
- Strong relationship management skills with an ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
- Familiarity and comfort with a data driven environment. Ability to use metrics to guide decision-making.
- Partnership skills, action-oriented mind-set, and an ability to be responsive, tactful, and diplomatic.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
