We have a large out door space for anything you'd like to do outside, being in a business complex you have the ability to runs and sprints outside and anything else you can think of for outdoor things.
Inside we have every thing you need to help your clients become strong and fit. We currently have clients that range from strength athletes, to people with severe injuries and youth and elderly as well.
We are a family atmosphere and always believe in sharing space and equipment so everyone gets along.
We have 2 single stall shower rooms as well.
