We have plenty of 1-2 day jobs and multiple hotels to convert with Bath Flip products. We install showers, baths, vanities, toilets and flooring. We are looking for hard working installers that do quality work and complete jobs with 100% satisfaction.

Our average job is $20,000
Training Pay: Paid training while you learn to be a Certified Bath Flip Installer!
Performance-Based Pay: Once certified, your compensation will be a % of the value of the jobs you install - make $200k annually.
Additional Productivity Pay: Earn extra % based on hours worked.
Service Work: You will earn hourly pay for any additional service-related tasks.
As an Installer, you will:
Install premium Bath Flip products in just one day.
Deliver accurate and professional installation services to ensure customer satisfaction.
Educate customers on care and maintenance of their new installation.
Keep your work area clean, respect customer property, and adhere to Bath Flip's standards.
Your Experience:
- Carpentry Expertise: 2+ years in carpentry, trim carpentry, construction, or in-home renovations. Some plumbing knowledge will help.
- Reliability: Valid driver's license, a clean driving record and a "do what it takes" mentality.
- Team Player: Ability to listen and collaborate effectively, demonstrate professionalism, and commit to safety standards.
