We are currently looking for a Carpenter with the following qualities:
Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and all members of the construction team.
Has at least 2 or more years experience as a full-time carpenter performing rough and/or finish carpentry on remodeling projects.
Has a strong sense of urgency and takes pride in high quality craftsmanship while keeping an eye on the bottom line.
Youre creative and have excellent problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
You have a desire to work with and collaborate with the best in the business.
You must be able to demonstrate the following experience:
Own a truck or van including tools.
You are proficient at working with tools in the field.
You are motivated and learn quickly.
You can follow direction from a site leader as well as work independently.
Willingness to travel to multiple jobsites north and west of the Boston metro area
