Escape the cold of the northeast! We are hiring 2-3 skilled and experienced Gutter Installers! (Lead Gutter Installer, Gutter Technician, Seamless Gutters) We send our new team members to Oahu, Hawaii for 4-8 weeks of paid New Installer Onboarding. We pay your airfare and provide discounted housing.
Please only apply if you have at least 1 full year of verifiable experience measuring, cutting, and hanging gutters.
New technicians start at $200/day. Lead Installers earn up to $400/day

We operate in Seattle, Portland, & Oahu, Hawaii. We are hiring for all three locations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 or more years experience installing gutters and cutting miters.
- Technical knowledge of seamless gutters and using a gutter machine.
- Comfortable on ladders and roofs or all sizes.
- Willing to work 6-9 hours per day.
- Willing to work in Hawaii for 4-8 weeks at a time with option for longer commitments.
- Must be a team player with good communication skills
- Experience with hand cut miters is a plus. Experience with basic carpentry is a plus. Experience as a Salesman or Lead Installer is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Fabricate and install gutters and related products for various projects with high-quality workmanship.
- Read, interpret, and measure installation requirements.
- Work with other team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Adhere to safety standards and legal requirements.
- Repair and maintain installed fixtures.
- Utilize and maintain tools and equipment safely and effectively.
