Company Overview:

We are a Texas-based tractor/trailer repair company with 2 locations in Texas, now expanding to the New England area. We offer a wide range of services, including 24-hour road service, major and minor truck repairs, computer diagnostics, tire sales & repair. Our expertise includes electric, air, and fuel systems, aftertreatment diagnostics, engine and drivetrain and more. We are currently seeking an experienced heavy-duty mechanic to join our team and take on a leadership role after an initial training period.

Job Description:

As a Heavy-Duty Diesel Mechanic, you will work alongside our team to provide high-quality repair and maintenance services to our clients’ fleets night & day. You will start under the guidance of the current mechanic for the first 30-90 days, learning the processes and systems we have in place. After this period, you will transition into the full-time lead mechanic role, managing truck repairs and field service calls independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform 24-hour road service for tractor/trailer, diagnosing and repairing on-site.

Handle computer diagnostics, forced regeneration, and aftertreatment system repairs.

Provide tire service and sales, diesel fuel delivery, and jumpstart services.

Specialize in electric, air, and fuel systems as well aftertreatment diagnostics.

Conduct major and minor repairs on diesel trucks and equipment as well as the company service truck.

Independently manage field jobs using a company-provided truck, tools, and parts.

Qualifications:

Experience in the heavy-duty truck repair industry (years of hands-on knowledge and skill are critical).

Ability to work independently on diesel engines, electrical systems, and diagnostics.

Must be able to handle jobs on-site (Road service experience preferred but not required).

Strong diagnostic skills including aftertreatment systems and computer-based diagnostics.

Knowledge of forced regen, tire services, and general truck maintenance.

Starting pay: $1200 per week with increase opportunities.
