We’re a small real estate and development company looking to bring on someone for a unique hybrid role. This position blends rental showings, basic unit inspections, and light handyman work. It’s a great fit for someone who’s hands-on, reliable, and interested in growing within the real estate world.
Responsibilities
Show rental units to prospective tenants
Assist with leasing tasks and light sales support
Perform basic unit inspections
Complete small maintenance items and punch-list tasks
Maintain and execute daily/weekly to-do lists
Serve as on-the-ground support for rentals and small projects
Schedule & Employment Details
Typically Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Flexibility to shift to Monday–Saturday depending on the season
Steady, year-round hourly 1099 position
What We're Looking For
Handyman, trade, or general maintenance experience
Comfortable with light repairs and getting hands dirty when needed
Strong communication skills for tenant interactions and showings
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Interest in real estate with a willingness to grow within the company
