Responsibilities:
Prepare and paint interior/exterior surfaces using brush, roller, or spray
Patch, tape, sand, and install sheetrock
Assist with general maintenance, repairs, and snow removal
Perform preventive maintenance and respond to work orders promptly
Requirements:
3+ years of facilities or maintenance experience with a focus on painting
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to handle basic carpentry, plumbing, or electrical tasks
Team player with strong attention to detail
