Are you an over the Road CDL A or B Owner Operator Or experienced employee driver, tired of long trips or low wages?
We have a 2 local contract to MA, CT, NY, RI NH and VT. HOME DAILY
We Haul flatbed loads to customers and deliver them to the driveway with a (MOFET). All position are contract 1099, no W2'S.
Average dock time is 7 am, and usually load multiple stores daily.
Carriers are home daily.
Job requirements as follows:
-Provide all tools necessary to perform deliveries.
-(Experience is a must in this industry) Please do not respond with out any related experience.
-Always professional, courteous, timely and customer service oriented.
-Business Licences and federal tax ID.
-Drug Test and Background check is required as a Pre contract screening.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Ability to WOW each customer/provide a great customer experience.
-Ensure all merchandise is clean and in operating condition prior to load out.
-Secure and protect product ON delivery vehicle.
-Review product information to ensure it matches delivery schedule
-Must use and maintain tablet routing compliance.
-Perform routine service calls, product exchanges and assist with merchandise returns
-Client Approved attire and maintain professional appearance.
Minimum Qualifications
Valid Class A or B (with air brake endorsement) license
1 year Minimum driving experience.
Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction).
Moffet/fork lift prior experience
Minimum 21 year of age.
Preferred Qualifications
3 months experience operating a forklift or Moffett onloading/offloading a vehicle.
1 year experience driving a flatbed.
-6 months experience performing in-home delivery OR retail customer service.
