Django Web Developer (Linux/Python)

Direct-hire position

Worksite location - Burlington, MA (Hybrid)

We are looking to hire a web developer to work for our rapidly growing company. In this position, you will have an opportunity to get in on the "ground floor" of a high-growth technology company with an exciting, public safety mission.

Our company provides enabling security imaging and material identification solutions that help law enforcement and safety inspection professionals keep the public safe from drug trafficking, terrorism, and environmentally hazardous threats.

Responsibilities / Skills

  • Must understand Apache/ Django/Python.
  • Have worked with CentOS/Red Hat.
  • Created Restful Web services.
  • Work databases such as MariaDB or MySQL.

General Skills

  • BS Computer Science / BS Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of professional software development experience.
  • 2+ years of professional Linux and webservices experience.

Bonus Skills:

  • Ansible experience. Database performance tuning. Django performance optimizations.
