Title: Netsuite Implementation Technical Lead Location: Burlington MA (Onsite) Duration: 6 months C2H Candidates from EST Important Skills Technical , Netsuite, JavaScript, SQL,APIs JOB SUMMARY The NetSuite Technical Lead will work as part of the PTG (Productivity technology Group) team, reporting to Sr. Director of Enterprise Applications, supporting Global NetSuite ERP implementation. This role will be working closely with external solution implementers, cross functional teams and Digital Transformation Office to implement scalable solutions around Global Finance, Supply Chain, Order Management, revenue management and Customer Services. As a subject matter expert, you will be applying technical expertise and industry leading best practices during implementation phases. Define and execute operational policies, governance, and compliance procedures. This role is responsible for any or all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle from conceptual phase through implementation using agile practices. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Partner with internal business teams to drive requirement workshops, business process reviews, solution design, configurations, testing, training, and project documentation Serve as the top-level NetSuite subject matter expert, create solution design specifications, data migration plan, release steps and ensure compatibility with other business applications. Provide leadership to applications team on industry best practices Responsible for designing, configuring, documenting, delivering, supporting, and testing of Global NetSuite solutions that meet the business requirements and adhere to change management processes. Identify areas for business value delivery, project progress tracking and govern all changes to ensure overall quality. Work on continuous process improvement initiatives and provide solutions to problems. Analyzes and documents business flow from end to end, understanding how applications support business processes. Interface with business process owners to facilitate process improvements and develop new functionality. Understand users' needs and effectively transfers knowledge to them for on-going support. Maintain Document Repository for business and IT processes. Maintain operational procedures around supported environments. Conduct knowledge transfer with project teams for every completed project milestone Define and implement User Access Management policies, user role management and Segregation of duties protocols QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or Business Information Systems Minimum of 8 years implementation experience with Oracle-NetSuite ERP Extensive NetSuite development technology experience. NetSuite certifications preferred (such as NetSuite Architect, Developer, Specialist or Consultant) Proven experience with SaaS platforms, integrations, configuration, Security, SuiteScript, JavaScript, SQL, APIs, Web Services, ETL processes etc. Minimum 3 full lifecycle Global Oracle - NetSuite implementations (at least one for publicly traded company) Strong expertise in NetSuite Financial Management, Revenue Management, NetSuite Order Management, Supply Chain, planning & budgeting modules
