Your future duties and responsibilities Below is the list of activities that we would expect this resource to perform as part of the QA role.1. Participate in the (internal) Requirement walkthrough sessions (BA provides a walkthrough to the DEV/QA resources)2. Build JIRA story (QA subtask) for the parent enhancement story.3. Build Acceptance Criteria/Test Scenarios for QA Validation Get the Test Scenarios reviewed internally (by project BA) Acceptance criteria can be crafted directly in JIRA or as a separate test case document in MS-Excel.4. Ensure business/collaborators provide sign-off to the Test Scenarios before execution start date Update Test Scenarios based on business/collaborator feedback.5. Implement Test scenarios in DEV (or PPR as needed), once the development is complete, or as per the established QA timelines.6. Build QA Validation document - this contains the proof of execution, i.e., screenshots and other details of the test results from CRM.7. Open a defect in Octane - tool we use for any issues/defects observed during test execution Add all possible details/screenshots within the defect details Assign the defect to the POC/PM based on the impacted application(s) Address any queries (from Developers/BA) related to the defect, or assist in re-creating the issue. Re-test the defect once DEV moves it to 'Fixed' status Attach proof of validation (test screenshot) against the Octane ticket, and mark it closed. If the defect persists, re-open the defect and add comments/screenshots and repeat above steps (until fix is confirmed).8. Share the test results and acquire business/partner sign-off on the test execution results - this is needed before the PROD release date.9. Attend scrum meetings and provide QA updates CRM Scrum Meeting (currently scheduled for Mon/Wed/Fri) every week DRIVE Scrum Meeting (currently scheduled for Mon/Wed/Fri) every week10. Schedule and moderate Defect Triage meetings (only for Major/Large enhancements).11. Attend the bi-weekly Sprint planning meeting and provide QA Sprint plan for the upcoming Sprint (only for Major/Large enhancements).12. Validate the fixes for the Service Now Incidents and update the proof of fix document before the ticket is closed.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role The resource needs to have some (minimum 2 to 3 years) testing experience in the 3 Salesforce components below1. Sales Cloud2. Service Cloud3. Marketing Cloud
