Robert Half is looking for a hands-on Head of Engineering for a profitable, mission-driven startup in Greater Boston. They use machine learning to identify hidden talent in the workforce without college degrees. Their models and API make it easy for any application to match talent to demand and training by surfacing underlying, transferable skills earned in seemingly different jobs. Their API-first approach allows them to abstract the matching capabilities and address a range of use cases. They are looking for a Head of Engineering who will be a hands-on player/coach focused on leading and growing their engineering team. This role will also partner with their Chief Data Scientist on the technology vision of the company and setting their roadmap. Being hands-on, this role will be heavily focused on development using a tech stack that includes Python, Flask, AWS, and API development.
