- Enable quality delivery while maintaining a focus on the continuous improvement of the team
- Optimize team productivity by removing impediments that may inhibit team success
- Understand and coach team on delivery controls/compliance to minimize risk
- Understand and stay current on domain architecture
- Proactively identify and resolve impediments
- Act as Agile mentor/coach to other SMs/Agile roles
Requirements of the Agile Delivery Lead: - Experience leveraging Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe techniques
- Experience delivering technical projects on time and target
- Agile certification(s) such as CSM preferred
