Job Description
- Execute testing of assigned analysis type for routine sample submissions using gel electrophoresis, HPLC, and compendial methods
- Identify and help to resolve equipment and basic test method issues
- Develop expertise to serve as a backup executor of a limited number of other analysis types (other test methods)
- Provide feedback to client on the performance of existing assays / test methods
- Basic lab organization and maintenance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in science (chemistry, pharmacy, or equivalent life sciences degree)
- 2+ years of directly related experience
Prior knowledge and lab experience with HPLC instrumentation and data processing
- Prior knowledge and lab experience with LC-UV and Empower skillsis required
- Basic lab organization and maintenance skills
- Excellent documentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
