Play an active role in helping your store and your customer win.

Perform Merchandising and Operations responsibilities, including replenishment, seasonal sets, signage, pricing, shortage control, backroom organization and various floor moves

Maintain off floor support areas for space optimization, including product and fixture storage

Respond quickly to customer requests on the sales floor

Balance operational requirements while providing a positive customer experience

Monitor and anticipate store needs for supplies required to operate daily functions

Be flexible to perform Front End related responsibilities, merchandising, store cleanliness, and other duties as assigned

QualificationsEssential skills and experience:

Able to work a flexible schedule (including early mornings, nights, and weekends), majority of shifts may be required prior to store opening or after closing

Selling and customer service experience in a retail environment

Must be able to engage and speak to customers, understand their needs, and present solutions

Collaborate and work with other team members

Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50-pound range (25 pounds regularly), climb ladders, stand, and walk continuously
