Clinical Digital PM

Duration: 6-12+ months

Location: Cambridge – onsite 2-3 days/week

JD:
  • Define and lead digital clinical projects
  • Concentration in Clinical relevant work/Clinical Studies/Decentralized Clinical Trials (DCT)
  • Establish and manage project timelines
  • Ensure project goals and means meet business objectives and deliver value in a timely
  • Work collaboratively across the organization to gain alignment on project objectives and deliverables
  • Engage with Computer Systems Validation lead to support appropriate validation activities
  • Engage with project team, business owner, system owner, business stakeholders, vendors to manage project delivery expectations and project timelines
  • Report on project progress and status
  • Monitor project progress and set deadlines, resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Monitor project burnout charts for the vendor resources

Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table:
  • 8+ years' experience in digital project management in a GxP environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Biotechnology or equivalent required.
  • Proven experience with deployment and operations of clinical trial management systems (CTMS)
  • Demonstrable experience in systems and data integration for clinical applications (CTMS, EDC, eTMF, ePRO, eCOA, eConsent,
  • Deep understanding of core clinical business processes
  • Tangible track record in using Agile approaches in a regulated environment
  • As a technologist, you know your craft and, you are fluent in the digital world
  • You have first-hand knowledge of SaaS and or Veeva technology in a GxP environment and practical understanding of data integrity requirements
  • You work independently yet engage proactively with team members, colleagues and stakeholders to get alignment and drive projects forward.
  • You don't hesitate to dive in and work alongside your team. You can effectively manage conflicting priorities in a fast pace environment, and you can navigate ambiguity and lead a team effectively
  • You put team before tasks by collaborating actively with all team members and supporting them
