NetSuite Administrator / Developer

Solution IT Inc. is looking for a

• Develop and formalize Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and provide end user training for NetSuite adoption
• Support implementation of financial systems & integration (e.g. FP&A systems, analytical tools, potential connector to ADP or HRIS)
• Monitor financial system account access using custom roles & permissions
• Lead & oversee new projects to translate functional requirements into operational & technical solutions
• Maintain and support existing customizations to troubleshoot and resolve end user issues
• Configure and deploy role-based dashboards with KPIs and metrics
• Utilize technical knowledge and business acumen to develop scripts, workflows, and reports
• Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance NetSuite configuration and integrations
• Provide technical assistance to end-users along with holding training sessions on user adoption
• Assist in implementation of new projects both in Netsuite, and with other connected systems like Bill.com, Prendio and Other.
• Perform administrator tasks for NetSuite and other systems

• 8+ years of IT experience in complete software development life cycle process including planning, analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a NetSuite administrator
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite Dashboards, Saved Searches, Suite flow, Suite Script, and Suite Bundler
• Hands on NetSuite experience in the following areas: Month End Close, Procure to Pay, and Forecasting
• NetSuite certification is a plus
• Excellent leadership and project delivery skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems or its equivalent with relevant experience
