Hi, One of our direct client is hiring "Oracle EBS developer - HRMS" below are the job details. Please let me know if you are interested to know more. Job Title: Software Developer Oracle HRMS Work Location: Cambridge, MA To be successful in this role you will:
- Have 6 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree in science, Engineering, MCA or similar
- Having good experience in Oracle E-Business HRMS development.
- Experience working with HRMS APIs.
- Candidate should have solid technical and functional knowledge on the HRMS module.
- Technical SQL, PL&SQL, BI Publisher, OAF, Workflow, SQL Loader, AOL concepts.
- Functional Aspects Work Structures, Hire to Retire Process, Date tracking functionality and HRMS flex fields.
- Must be fully conversant with all objects in the HRMS schema and the relationships between them and should be able to map HRMS business processes to the underlying tables.
- Experience with the Java development.
- Experience managing integration involving Oracle E-Business Suite R12.x
- Ability to work independently as individual contributor.
- Ability to quickly and effectively troubleshoot problems.
- Must be able to work independently with business users and external users and responsible for design, development, Testing support, production deployment and production support.
- Excellent organization and communications skills.
- Creating test plans, test cases, test scripts and performs functional testing.
- Work closely with various Business Partners to deliver high-quality application solutions.
- Write detailed technical design documents.
- Interacting with Oracle via their formal Metalink SR process in order to secure assistance and solutions for problems.
- Conduct and or participate in requirement/analysis sessions.
- Must be able to work with third party systems and Perform modifications including E-Business suite changes and the maintenance of various application interfaces.
