As a Senior Program Manager, you will drive execution of proactive outreach for discover, try, buy, deploy and adoption (DTBDA) of Microsoft 365 services. You are responsible to deliver the customer DTBDA for Microsoft 365 while utilizing the company’s immense IP and assets across partners, Microsoft Enterprise services and support teams, the Microsoft field sales organizations and Microsoft 365 business groups. This key Program Management role will require developing exceptionally strong and transparent working relationships with the aforementioned teams to deliver expected customer and business results.Your key business metrics will be:Increase funnel conversion of discover/try/buy/deployment/adoption

Reducing time/cost to discover, try, buy, deploy and adopt M365 services

Increase growth/revenue

Reducing cost per active user

Increasing the adoption velocity of customers leveraging Microsoft cloud services (Microsoft 365, EMS, Azure, etc)

ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute customer outreach campaigns

Scope and execute creative/new approaches to building traffic

Synthesize GTM content to craft compelling discovery content/strategies

Create consistent/holistic customer journeys to bring admins through the full DTBDA funnel

Self-driven and self-aware Senior Program Manager with proven history of demonstrated and measurable business impacts through influence and direct team leadership

Develop foster and maintain effective working relationships with engineering, marketing, Enterprise Services/Support and field sales and partner teams to deliver key business metrics

Manage customer and partner DTBDA programs within expected timeframes, costs while continually driving increased effectiveness and thus reducing costs

Collaborate with engineering partners to ensure delivery of data and infrastructure for reporting capabilities

Collaborate with Business stakeholders on new feature requests for data measurements and reporting needs that progress towards our roadmap and strategic business plans

Influencing others: the ability to move others across organizational boundaries to a desired business outcome when there is no clear “ownership” of an issue.

Collaborate with stakeholders and partners, requiring EQ and growth mindset to gain consensus on backlog priority, target dates, tech specs, and success metrics

Qualifications5+ years of program and/or product management experience with technical aptitude & hands-on experience

5+ years’ experience enabling customers with Microsoft cloud services (Microsoft 365 plus other cloud services highly desired)

Knowledge or ability to quickly learn key discover, try, buy, deploy and adoption activities in the M365 arena

Consistent track record of developing customer-oriented strategies and delivering experiences in any of the DTBDA arenas

Proven Program Management Skills

Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, build and deliver customer and partner business results through an engineering or professional services team

Ability to analyze data signals and translate into in-product experiences in the DTBDA space

Business Intelligence Certification or a PMP certification is a plus

Advanced degree (MBA, Masters, PhD) in engineering, business, marketing, economics, or related field is a plus
