Creating treatments for diseases based on the power of the human T cells to eliminate cancer cells, target pathogens, and regulate immune function Summary Looking for a driven candidate that will be a key member for development and optimatization of the multiclonal T cell manufacturing process. Responsibilities
- Develop novel cell-based assays from first principles using engineered cell lines, primary cells, and/or immortalized cell lines in 2D.
- Develop and execute cell-based assays to support drug development of protein degraders
- Characterization of protein levels and post-translational modifications using techniques such as Western blotting, ProteinSimple Jess, ELISA, MSD, mass spectrometry in cells and animal tissues
- Desire to learn new techniques
- BS/MS in Biology or a related field
- A minimum of 2+ years of relevant laboratory experience
- Experienced with in mammalian tissue culture techniques
- Some experience with protein detection in cells and animal tissues using the Protein Simple Jess a distinct advantage
- Some experience with in 96 or 384 well cell assay development such as viability assays, ELISA, cell biophysical assays, live-cell kinetic assays or immunofluorescence assays
- Work with automation or liquid handling equipment a plus
- Think critically and possess excellent problem-solving skills
