Location: Cambridge, MA Description:
Mandatory -BA/BS degree with 5+ years relevant work experience-5+ years of experience in managing product or program, or operations support for internal and external clients in the internet technology fields.-Solid understanding of Internet technologies, such as HTML, URL, XML, API, CSV, SQL, along with basic knowledge of HTTP, HTTPS, Cookies, JSON, and data structure.-Experience working with Product and Engineering teams on technical troubleshooting and process documentations.-Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and/or Google Spreadsheets (pivot tables, charts, formulas, and other data analysis functions).
