We partner at all levels of the company, serving as proactive team members that support and advise while being accountable to both internal and external customers. The finance team is currently seeking an undergraduate intern to join the team for Summer 2022!What will you do? Focus on top level understanding of products, customers, instruments, and processes in the Finance organization with “on-the-job” training in areas ranging from:
Support startup and financial implementation of various government contracts utilizing RTX financial systems
Development and communication of key financial metrics through the development of quarterly estimates at complete (EAC), program management reviews, and other project financial deliverables to customers.
Program capture activities such as estimating and pricing, and proposal generation
Financial planning & analysis activities including monthly sales forecasts, annual operating plans and five-year strategic plans

What will you need?
Undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Business, Management or other related field
Experience with MS Office Excel
Thorough verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to ask questions and the ability to quickly learn necessary skills
Available to work 40 hours per week, summer 2022
This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.

Previous internship experience in a related field
