Piper Companies is seeking a C Software Engineer to join a cutting-edge Technology and Chemistry Systems company based in Cambridge, MA. The C Software Engineer will be responsible for new product development and focusing on creating the new software product, transferring it to production, and maintaining the product based on new customer requirements.

Responsibilities of the C Software Engineer include:

• Create and implement new software product that meets the needs of customer requirements

• Improve and maintain software related to existing products that need updates

• Collaborate with management and customers to create requirements and specifications

• Create technical documents that include design specifications and workflows for product development

• Ability to integrate heavily with the software product and support it as much as possible during the lifecycle

Qualifications for the C Software Engineer include:

• 3+ years of experience utilizing C/Qt/QML programming

• Experience with User Interface design

• Experience with hardware device that include motion controller, GPIO boards, or devkits

• BS or higher in Computer Science, engineering, or related field

• Must be a who is eligible for a Security Clearance

Compensation for the C Software Engineer includes:

• Hourly Range: $55-$65/hr depending on experience

o Salary Range: $120,000 - $130,000

• Full Benefits: 100% Health, Dental, Vision, 401k with matching, PTO & Holidays
