Modular Home Builder is looking to hire a licensed Site Engineer
We have several projects that we need the following:
Site plan to have:
First items needed, Site dimensions, site backs, placement of house, driveway, sometimes septic plan or showing sewage. Topo's
Legend, Scale, Zoning requirements, Notes, trees, other existing buildings, Locus, Minimum yards, Lot area, lot coverage. Perk Test if needed.
Staking of foundation
Pinning of foundation
As Built
Looking for 3 - 5weeks turn around for site plan
Able to go out and stake or pin within 7 days
We will do 3-6 projects a year on or close to the Cape. Mostly September to June
Budget is $8,500 per project
