We are seeking an experienced professional with proven leadership and management skills to assist in supervising our Theme Pools and Recreation Department at the Cape Codder Resort & Spa located in Hyannis, MA.
Our indoor Theme Pools are an amazing 30,000 square foot indoor Theme Pools. The Theme Pools features two thrilling body slides, a 300-foot lazy river with waterfalls and rapids, kids' spray deck, a water play area for toddlers, family friendly park restaurant and much more. This is a unique opportunity for someone who has the following qualifications:
CPR/First Aid Certification
Must be a certified lifeguard and have previous experience training lifeguards
Must have lifeguard supervisory experience
Able to coordinate weekly scheduling of all staff
Must enjoy dealing with people, especially children. Experience organizing children’s recreational activities
also a plus
