Candidate must possess:
Strong culinary skills
High energy
Detailed oriented
Positive attitude
Strong PASSION for food
Candidate will have knowledge of the kitchen menu items and be able to plan, prep and execute dishes in all facets of the kitchen. They should also feel comfortable and confident speaking to our customers in our open kitchen and at our catering events.
Should the candidate be interested in working the food truck they must be able to drive a large vehicle with trailer in tow.
