CMEthier Associates, Inc. is seeking applicants to fill multiple roles which include Landscape/Mowing Foremen, Gardening Foremen, Mason/Construction Foremen and Laborers.
We are a growing company seeking new team members for all aspects of the company. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for dedicated team members to grow with us.
Positions are available immediately. Hourly rates and benefits will be based on experience and skill level.
Landscape/Mowing Foremen: At least one full season of experience. Position includes but not limited to; all aspects of clean ups, pruning, edging, mulching, lawn maintenance and snow removal.
Landscape/Mowing Laborer: Candidates with landscaping experience preferred but not required, will train. Duties will include working closely with Landscape and Mason Foremen.
Gardening Laborer/ Foreman: At least two years of experience pruning, weeding and maintaining high-end residential clients perennial and annual gardens. Responsible for the year-round care and maintenance of all plants and plantings. Responsibilities will include but not limited to all aspects of monitoring, caring, planting and upkeep of weekly gardening clients.
Mason/Construction Foremen: At least two years of experience constructing hardscape and landscape projects. Responsibilities include laying out landscapes, operating machines, constructing stonewalls, patios and walkways.
Requirements of all positions: Must be self-motivated and driven. MA driver's license. Must be willing to obtain a DOT Medical Certificate. Must be willing to work Saturdays as needed.
