GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for full time direct care staff for 2nd shift and the overnight shift. We are also hiring per diem staff and summer staff.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise therapeutic activities
Mentoring at-risk youths
Establishing relationships with staff and clients
Participate in staff meetings
Complete and maintain documentation
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school Diploma required; B.A. and residential experience preferred.
Must be 21 years of age.
Valid Massachusetts drivers license required.
