Looking for a challenging but rewarding career? Community Support Associates, Inc. (www.csacapecod.com) is currently seeking part time and/or relief staff members to work in group homes and/or in the community with individuals with brain injuries and other disabilities. We are especially looking for people with EVENING and/or WEEKEND/EVERY OTHER WEEKEND AVAILABILITY! Could possibly lead to full time employment. We are proud of our low staff turnover rate and believe that good quality, professional staff are the foundation of the solid program we offer our individuals.

Are you a responsible and enthusiastic person? Are you eager to learn about how to contribute to enriching the quality of life for individuals with brain injuries and other disabilities? Do you have an interest/skill in coaching people to achieve their goals? Do you have experience and/or interest in learning how to provide support and cuing along with some limited hands-on assistance with personal care needs so that individuals can be safe, well groomed, and maintain their highest level of dignity?
