Busy Falmouth office is seeking a part time Administrative/Customer Service professional for approximately 20hrs per week to assist Office Manager and Accounts Manager.
Daily duties to include: Answering Phones, Checking/Responding to Voicemails and E-Mails, Filing, Data Entry and Calling Customers to Schedule Services
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel and Outlook). Quickbooks and Google Sheets experience is helpful but not required.
