We are looking for a full or part time person to help support our growing customer base. We build software systems for the education industry. You will help provide telephone support, online training sessions and some on site training as well. There is very limited travel required with this opportunity. We prefer someone with a number of years supporting complex software systems, but will also train the right person. This is an excellent opportunity for someone that is a recent college graduate, someone requiring flexibility in their hours and perhaps someone looking to change careers.
The hours are 8-5 Monday through Friday - of course for a part time hours will need to be worked out.
