Full-time General Laborer/Carpentry
An assortment of common home repairs, improvements and maintenance tasks generally associated with such things as rot, sheetrock repairs, painting, deck repairs, fence repairs, siding, door repairs, water damage, ceiling repair, etc. Must be a driven and detailed worker and use skills required to complete jobs in a timely
-Minimum of 3 years working in residential construction
-Minimum basic knowledge of pertinent standard methods, practices, and procedures used in construction, maintenance, and repair work and the tools, materials, and the equipment needed to complete them
-The employee regularly lifts and/or moves up to 50 pounds.
-Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with work associates and the clientele.
-Possess a valid driver's license.
-Must own basic hand tools and be proficient in their use
-References required
-Pay based on experience
