Trusting in working the right way for the right reason so come join our growing team today!What you will do!The job of the Senior Maintenance Technician is to repair, prevent, and maintain all process equipment. A positive relationship with manufacturing is needed to understand their needs and provide good customer support. Technical skills will be applied to address simple and sophisticated problems. In the maintenance department you will be an equipment authority/specialist understanding how all equipment works. Provide reduced downtime and maximum uptime for manufacturing processes and address problems, drive solutions, troubleshooting, and preventing future failures. Repair and maintain plant machinery and equipment such as Agitators, Pressure Vessels, and Pumps, Mechanical Seals, Valves, Electric Motors, Hydraulic Units, Plant Repair or replace control devices such as switches, pressure gauges, temperature probes, proximity sensors, push-buttons, valves, etc. as needed. Assist in work being performed by outside contractors.How you will get here?Education and ExperienceHS Diploma, or equivalent required.

1-3 years of related maintenance experience preferred.

Industrial grade 2 waste water license and Delta V experience or knowledge

​ Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesAble to work safely with chemical, biological and other hazardous material. Read, understand and follow written procedures exactly. Understand PID's and prints, follow work orders and PM's. Previous experience in or around pharmaceutical equipment. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Flexibility to adapt to a robust environment and adjust activities to meet the needs of the business while maintaining a focus on Quality.
