Candidates local to the Boston area only. Our leading client is seeking a motivated VB.NET Developer to join their team.Responsibilities of the VB.NET Developer: - Design and develop code using VB.NET
- Analyze code and component dependencies and develop in a configuration-based system
- Work with SQL server databases; understand process design and technical requirements documentation
- Work independently and within a project team to design, develop, and deliver software solutions
- Document work and complete knowledge transfer as required
Requirements of the VB.NET Developer: - At least 4 years of software development experience using VB.NET
- Proficiency in SQL Server database development techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid organizational skills; self-driven
- Knowledge of tax business processes
