Opportunity for a strong Engineering Project Manager to join a national digital media firm supporting and leading IoT engineering initiatives related to digital displays. The role requires being onsite three days per week in Andover, MA. This individual will partner with the Hardware and Software Engineering teams on managing IoT initiatives while strengthening Agile development framework that enables high performing teams to focus on delivering business value at a frequent predictable cadence and with robust quality. They will support development teams on a daily basis facilitating Agile ceremonies, issue resolution, and continuous learning. As well this individual will lead and coordinate project activities with hardware and software vendors. They will maintain and optimize an efficient framework for the vendor relationship management for both software and hardware, to achieve maximum alignment on deliverables, timelines, and to optimize costs. Requirements:
- Program management experience on progressively more complex and simultaneous programs.
- Able to work well in a cross-functional environment consisting of software and hardware engineering, operational infrastructure, product management, and field deployment
- Well versed in planning, tracking, and collaboration tools like Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Mural, etc.
- Thorough understanding of Agile processes, Scrum Master certification preferred
- Experience managing initiatives in a technical field (software, hardware, firmware)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to collaboration
