The Encore Boston Harbor Cocktail Server will take orders and serve drinks in the assigned cocktail service areas.  The Cocktail Server will provide excellent guest service and deliver beverages, clear glassware, and follow responsible alcohol serving guidelines.  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:   Follows all Encore Boston Harbor core values and property and department standards.Follows all applicable internal policies, federal and state laws, rules, regulations and controls. Delivers and maintains a maximum level of property-wide service and satisfaction. Keeps informed of all new developments within the department.Balances multiple priorities simultaneously and meets deadlines, often in stressful and high-pressure situations.Take guest orders in assigned areas.Coordinate with bar team members to make and serve guests in a timely manner.Adhere to department professional appearance standards at all times.Works with safety as a priority, and follows department and company safety standards.Maintains relevant knowledge of industry through continuing education and training.Performs any other job-related duties as assigned.
