Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in Fall River, Massachusetts, 02790, United States for a Data Entry Clerk in the industry. As a Data Entry Clerk, your primary objective will be to move data from one system to another, update client details, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise with IT.Responsibilities: Efficiently moving data from one system to another Updating client schedules, pay rates, address fields, and names Collaborating with IT for troubleshooting and resolving issues Using 10 Key Skills for data entry tasks Providing excellent customer service to clients Using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data management Organizing files for easy retrieval and reference Performing calculations as required Scanning documents and updating the system Typing data and information accurately and promptly. Requirements Proficiency in the use of 10 Key Skills. Excellent Customer Service abilities. Solid experience in Data Entry tasks. Ability to conduct detail oriented Email Correspondence. Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel. Proficient in using Microsoft Word. Skills in Organizing Files effectively and efficiently. Ability to Perform Calculations accurately and swiftly. Experience in Scanning documents and images. Fast and accurate Typing skills.
