Job Description
- Maintain accurate statements and reconciliations
- Manage and train exempt and hourly staff
- Oversee cash management and AP process
- Monthly revenue recognition
- Accurate and timely preparation of forecast and budgets
- Lead month end and quarter end close process including integrity of financial statements through accurate preparation of accruals
- Strong in review process and understanding accounting transactions
- Information producer for shared services center
- Develop process and policies to insure compliant environment
- Work with 3rd party payers
- Cash management to ensure proper payments to employees and vendors
- Must be able to work with executive team, middle management and entry level employees Ad hoc reports and projects as needed
Qualifications
- AP experience
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a past paced environment with strong self-management skills
- Understanding of global companies and working with service centers
- 4 - 6 years’ experience working in a management role within a finance department
- Understanding of global companies and working with service centers
- Healthcare or Diagnostics industry experience
- Experience being part of company executive team
Additional Information
Position is temporary, working full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., with overtime, as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Framingham, MA are encouraged to apply.
