Occasional snow removal from walkways.What you will do…General building maintenance.
Light carpentry and dry wall
Preventative maintenance
Internal office setup and reconfiguration
How you will get here…EducationHigh school diploma (or equivalent)
Experience2+ years of experience in Facilities Maintenance
Operational experience with fork trucks and scissor lifts
Basic hand and power tools experience.
HVAC/PM experience is a plus
Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesValid driver’s license with good driving record.
Knowledgeable in the execution of maintenance and safety procedures.
Ability to work independently.
Must be reliable and be a great teammate.
Knowledge of electrical, carpentry or plumbing a plus.
Working ConditionsSome heavy lifting (50+ lbs.)
Clean environment
Will occasionally work in inclement weather
