Overview

Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant / Administrative Support professional for our Nuclear Command, Control, Communications (NC3) Integration program. The Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications Integration Directorate (AFNWC/NC) mission is to deliver integrated NC3 capabilities warfighters use every day to deter and assure. The Directorate ensures ongoing NC3 programs, legacy systems and new capabilities are fully integrated as part of the Air Force's overall effort to sustain, modernize, and recapitalize the nuclear enterprise. The Directorate serves as an integrator ensuring that current and future NC3 capabilities across the spectrum are being evaluated and considered in concert.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support to Program Executive Office (PEO) NC3/Director and Senior Level Staff.
  • Handle detailed matters which may be highly confidential or sensitive in nature.
  • Draft correspondence and other documents for the approval and signature of leadership.
  • Monitor progress toward accomplishment of various tasking and initiatives.
  • Research and compile information pertaining to certain projects/topics and written communications.
  • Provide support by supplying the information and background for the preparation of events.
  • Provide assistance in maintaining and updating databases and spreadsheets as needed.
  • Coordinate, document, monitor, and support a variety of meetings and conferences.
  • Maintain schedule documents and requirements for video and online conferencing set up and execution.
  • Provide travel planning and execution support if needed in accordance with DODFMR, Vol 9, Chapter 2, Para 020301(F).
  • Ensure tasks are completed in a manner that is compliant with relevant Government policies, procedures and standards.

Qualifications

  • Secret security clearance required / Top Secret Eligible
  • Minimum of five years of experience providing support at the upper management/executive level.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Microsoft 365 (Word / Excel / Outlook), Strong computer skills.
