DescriptionResolve incoming tickets through MS Dynamics 365 over the phone and email in an efficient, calm manner. Actively follow up with clients to make sure issues have been resolved and maintain data entry integrity.

Associates Degree or equivalent desktop support experience.
Familiarity with industrial spaces.
Proficient in MS Office applications CRM / ERP and MS Dynamics 365.
Data entry skills.

ProfileThe successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and have experience in desktop support. This candidate must be a self starter and must be able to efficiently resolve tickets over the phone and email. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
