Technical Support Administrator

Cutting Edge Recruiting Solutions (CERS) has a Technical Support Administrator job for one of our clients in the greater Boston, MA area. They are looking for someone who can provide corporate support to the organization which is primairly a Windows based environment.

• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, systems and key services and processes,
• M365 administration experience highly preferred - Intune PowerShell, Azure Active Directory, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online ,
• Monitor and manage incidents and requests through the Regional and onsite platform.
• Provide support per requests from various onsite constituencies & from centralized IT stakeholders
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues.
• Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies.
• Maintain VOIP telephone system and other onsite communication platforms
• Upgrade and configure system software that supports business applications or applications per project or operational needs.
• Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures.
• Perform periodic performance reporting.
• Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required.
• Develop and maintain configuration procedures; contribute to and maintain system standards.
• Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches; identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.
• Responsibilities sometimes require working evenings and weekends, sometimes with little advanced notice.
