Solidus is searching for a Circuit Design Engineer.

Candidate will join a team that develops and demonstrates RF technologies in the form of custom RF & mixed-signal integrated circuits and associated test boards for verifying operation and characterizing performance. An engineer with a RF/Analog/Mixed-Signal Layout Design background is needed for the implementation of next generation RF and mixed-signal integrated circuits.

Requirements - ship and the ability to obtain DOD Secret Clearance; Active Secret preferred - 5 years' relevant experience

Required Experience - Deep-submicron CMOS Layout i.e., TSMC, IBM and Global Foundries - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills - Strong written and verbal skills to support a multi-person design team in an effective way

Additionally Desired - Mentor PCB Tool Flow i.e., DxDesigner and Expedition

Responsibilities include but are not limited to - Physical layout and verification of integrated circuit building blocks within the Cadence integrated circuit design flow including layout, DRC, LVS and parasitic extraction using Calibre and Assura - Full-chip assembly and top-level verification - Use best-practices for managing local process variation through layout techniques as well as high-speed digital and RF layout techniques to minimize unwanted parasitic interactions
