Solidus is searching for a Systems Engineer.

Candidate will join a team that is responsible for the development and testing of complex systems; making sure the various components and subsystems work together to accomplish the missions. Activities include trade studies, requirements flow down, architecture development, system modeling, and functional and environmental testing from the component to systems level. Responsibilities for this role will include organizing assembly of advanced hardware, including ground and space systems and testing from the component to system level; these tests may be mechanical, functional, or environmental. Verification and validation activities and trade studies will also be part of the job, as will developing interfaces and ICDs.

Remote: Hybrid

Requirements - U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Secret Clearance - Bachelor's Degree - 2 years' minimum relevant experience

Required Experience - Ability to model, analyze, test, and plan the assembly of advanced hardware, including mechanical and functional modeling, including ground and space systems - Performance and mechanical modeling of various types will be required. - Experience testing complex hardware - Data analysis skills; being able to analyze production data - Functional Analysis - Timeline & Systems Analysis - Systems & Software Integration - Testing from the component to system level - Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams

Additionally Desired - Master's Degree - Model-based systems engineering
