Solidus is looking for a Remote Systems/DevOps Engineer to join a group that researches and develops technology to aid in the disaster response domain. The Engineer will support modern web application systems built on open source software.

Required skills include experience with the following: - U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Security Clearance. Active Secret preferred - BS plus 3 years experience - 3+ years Software/Algorithm Development - 3+ years Backend Programming (SQL) - 3+ years experience with GIT/GITHUB - 3+ years Maven or Gradle, Git/Gitlab, Make/Autotools - 3+ years Hardware and Software Integration - Web Servers, Reverse Proxies and Load Balancers such as Apache HTTPD, Nginx, HA Proxy, AWS ELB/ALB or similar - OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Key cloak or similar - PostgreSQL databases or similar - CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or - Ansible and Docker or similar - Ubuntu and Red Hat Enterprise Linux - NIST800-171, NIST 800-53 or similar security requirements
